Cherokee Brick’s current website was not well designed to meet their customers’ needs. Visitors weren’t tracked and there was no viable way for to ask questions about product information.
They also had no internal tools or manpower to create their technical product content and keep it up to date.
These detriments were restrictive in aiding their digital marketing strategy and generating leads from their website.

We set out to help Cherokee Brick by executing the following objectives:
Allows architects, engineers, contractors and designers to easily find and select Cherokee Brick’s products.
Cherokee Brick must gain visibility on who is visiting their website. Sending these leads to the sales team will ensure product specification and sales.
Make it easy to publish important content needed by the design community such as BIM, CAD, specs, etc.
Concora Solution
Concora deployed Cherokee Brick’s Design Studio within 30 days complete with high-quality technical product content made in-house by our professionals. We also created 25 Revit files from scratch and optimized existing product images.
During this time, the Concora team trained the members of Cherokee Brick’s team to be fully self-sufficient utilizing the Manager.
