Meet Eric Snyder, Concora’s New CEO
Today we are delighted to share that after a successful period serving as CEO, Kip Rapp is moving into the role of advisor, and we’re thrilled to announce that Eric Snyder, previous Board Member, will become our new CEO!
After shattering our 2020 goals through a very challenging year for the world, we are building out our team to accelerate growth as we march through 2021. Concora is in the best position it’s ever been, and there is enormous opportunity that lies ahead. We couldn’t be happier with Eric, and many others, joining our family to help us and our customers achieve continued success.
Eric brings decades of experience to the company and has a proven record of taking customer-centric technology companies like Concora to the next level. Previously, Eric was Vice President of Innovation Services at SAP for more than 16 years.
In the coming months, Eric will oversee our mobile transformation and ensure partnerships with our newest integration partners make our web experience as valuable as possible for architects, engineers and contractors (AECs).

Kip Rapp, our beloved former CEO, will continue to serve as a special advisor to the team. Kip was one of the first to see results of the massive potential of adding our solution on to manufacturer websites and is responsible for growing the company to where we sit as a leader on the platform today. We cannot thank him enough for his leadership and contributions. To us, he’s a true pioneer, and we will miss him tremendously.
Kip will remain around for a while to ensure a smooth handover to Eric and continues to serve as a major resource for the company.
There’s no silver bullet for getting small teams to achieve great things together. But strong leadership is vital. We’re looking forward to closing out the year big with Eric at the helm.
